With the support of Adrian Joffe and the Dover Street Market Paris, Flavio Juán Nunez & Laurent Tijou have been invited to exhibit 10 years of  their work by Romain Eugene Campens. The exclusive retrospective of their work has never been presented to the public and covers ten years of their research and exploration through photography, sculptures and performances that are space specific to 35/37.

Flavio Juan Nunez and Laurent Tijou met in 2015 working on the artisanal production of jewellery pieces for the Haute Couture collection of Jean Paul Gaultier. Flavio Juan Nunez has had a 12 year career in Haute Couture working as a designer and craftsman for Dries Van Noten, Ann Demeulemeester, Haider Ackermann, Martin Margiela, Hermes, Chanel, Viktor & Rolf, Loewe, Yves Saint Laurent, Nina Ricci, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior under Raf Simons and for Lanvin with Alber Elbaz. Laurent Tijou has spent 35 years as an artisan in Haute Courture in Parisian houses of Martin Margiela, Mugler, Montana, Chanel, John Galliano, Yohji Yamamoto, Chloe, Christian Lacroix, Swarowski, Ungaro, Lanvin, Nina Ricci and Valentino. He joined the Jean Paul Gaultier studio as a jewelry designer in 2005, then took over as head-designer in 2010 until JEan Paul Gaultier’s departure in January 2020.

In addition to the sensory experience of the exhibition there is a limited edition publication and on February 11 and 12th, a performance by Flavio Juan Nunez and Laurent Tijou.
